The canine Giardia vaccine is currently on backorder.
What does this mean for your dog? We still have a limited supply of the vaccine left, so we will continue vaccinating dogs that are boarding with us and “at risk” dogs needing their vaccine booster. If your pet were to contract the disease it is treatable so there is no need to worry.
We will let everyone know if this vaccine becomes available again.
There were no problems with this vaccine, rather the manufacturer was bought out and the new company felt that it was not profitable enough to continue production.
